Forever New Increases Online Basket Sizes with Click & Collect
Women’s fashion multichannel Forever New says it’s seeing strong results within the first month of the roll out of its new click and collect online retail offering.
The new service from Forever New will allow its digital customers to place an order online, which will be processed by a nominated store and ready for pick up within 24 hours.
Since launching the online facility, Forever New has recognised a positive take from customers. The company says its already seeing an increase in basket size on click and collect orders.
“We wanted to provide the quickest and most convenient shopping experience, and are hearing positive feedback from our customers so far. They’re delighted with the speed and convenience of the offering,” says Forever New’s general manager for IT, Angela Ryan.
Forever New is a fashion clothing and accessories brand founded in Melbourne in 2006. The company has grown rapidly over the last ten years, and now trades in over 300 stores in ten countries globally.
The brand has a strong online retail presence and fashion following, with its in-store and digital offering an extension of each other. Forever New partnered with Australian e-commerce leader The Iconic a couple months ago, to house some of its signature feminine range of women’s attire and accessories.
The company also collaborated with celeb sisters Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner last year, to design a new collection to appeal to its customers.
The partnership spelt big rewards in increased sales and worldwide brand awareness for Forever New, with the both girls having two of the largest social media followings in the world; @kyliejenner boasting 81.4 million Instagram followers and @kendalljenner 70.7 million.
The company’s collections are inspired by global trends in art, film, music and theatre as well as haute couture runway shows in Paris, London, Milan and New York.
